Auto-Owners Insurance filed an insurance coverage lawsuit against Daniel Miller, Janaisha Byrd and other defendants on Tuesday in Georgia Southern District Court. The suit, filed by Swift Currie McGhee & Hiers, seeks a declaration that Auto-Owners has no duty to defend or indemnify the defendants in an underlying wrongful death action stemming from a motor vehicle collision. Lawyers have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:22-cv-00124, Auto-Owners Insurance Co. v. Miller et al.
