Civil RightsBrent Hyde of Hall Booth Smith has entered an appearance for Colonel Wayne Flanders, William Gillard and the City of Willacoochee in a pending lawsuit. The action was filed Oct. 27 in Georgia Southern District Court by a pro se plaintiff. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Lisa G. Wood, is 5:22-cv-00063, Jackson v. City of Willacoochee et al.
