Lawyers at Akerman on Wednesday removed an insurance coverage lawsuit against Zurich American Insurance Company to Georgia Northern District Court. The complaint, pertaining to microbial damage to 10 of Sto Corp.'s product lines, was filed by the Ether Law Firm on behalf of the exterior cladding products manufacturer. The case is 1:22-cv-04931, Sto Corp. v. Zurich American Insurance Company.
