Lawyers at Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders on Tuesday removed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against Ally Financial, a bank holding company headquartered in Detroit, Michigan, to Georgia Southern District Court. The suit was filed pro se by Jazzma Hall and Stoni Medical Staffing. The case is 4:23-cv-00003, Stoni Medical Staffing et al v. Ally Financial.
