Civil RightsWalmart was sued Tuesday in Georgia Northern District Court over alleged violations of the ADA. The lawsuit was brought by Matthew N. Pope PC on behalf of Michael Estrada. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:23-cv-00001, Estrada v. Wal-Mart Stores East, LP.
