Counsel at Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers on Thursday removed an insurance coverage lawsuit against State Farm Fire and Casualty Company to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit was filed by Slappey & Sadd on behalf of a houseguest who was injured by falling from a second floor deck. The case is 1:23-cv-00053, Montgomery v. State Farm Fire and Casualty Company.
