With the new year comes an influx of new clients seeking to cross "getting divorced" off their resolution lists, according to family law practitioners.
The uptick in phone calls and filings has led some jurists to coin January "divorce month," but at least one Georgia family law attorney considers January the start of an annual divorce season.
