Morgan & Morgan filed a lawsuit against logistics company Quantix on Tuesday in Georgia Southern District Court. The court action, over alleged race-based employment discrimination, was filed on behalf of former rail road conductor for Quantix, Domonique Cotton. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 4:23-cv-00031, Cotton v. Quantix.
