Dentons filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against Geyer Capital Management LLC, Geyer Morris Company LLC and Mark Steward Geyer Friday in Georgia Northern District Court. The court action, filed on behalf of John Paul Rowan, seeks the payment of $113,000 pursuant to a settlement agreement. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:23-cv-00627, Rowan v. Geyer Morris Company, LLC et al.
