Civil RightsLa Quinta Franchising LLC, a subsidiary of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, was sued Friday in Georgia Northern District Court over alleged violations of the ADA. The court action, filed by Strickland Debrow LLP on behalf of Howard Cohan, alleges structural barriers to access. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:23-cv-00622, Cohan v. La Quinta Franchising LLC.
