Counsel at Chartwell Law Offices on Wednesday removed an insurance coverage lawsuit against the Travelers Home and Marine Insurance Co. to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, for a disputed property damage claim arising from Tropical Storm Zeta, was filed by Angie Lynn and Herbert Lynn Jr. The case is 1:23-cv-00792, Lynn et al v. The Travelers Home and Marine Insurance Company et al.
