Barnes & Thornburg filed an insurance coverage lawsuit Thursday against Great American Insurance, a subsidiary of American Financial Group, in Georgia Northern District Court. The lawsuit, filed on behalf of Yit Chee Wah, as the liquidator of Rhodium International Trading Inc. The court action arises from $20.5 million in claims under a trade credit risk insurance policy. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:23-cv-00918, Wah v. FCIA Trade Credit & Political Risk Division of Great American Insurance Company.
