Atlanta-based Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced its expansion into Chicago and Phoenix with the addition of 14 lawyers primarily via the acquisition of Chicago-based L&G Law Group.
The two new offices, which opened March 1, are composed of private equity, middle market, financial services and litigation attorneys. Out of the 14 lawyers joining the new offices, three are Chicago-based partners.
