Attorneys at Wicker Smith O'Hara McCoy & Ford on Friday removed a slip-and-fall lawsuit against Publix Super Markets to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit was filed by Foy & Associates on behalf of Cheryl Schrenk. The case is 1:23-cv-00927, Schrenk v. Publix Super Markets, Inc.
