A metro Atlanta law firm's quest to avoid sanctions and nearly $300,000 in fines may have come to an end.
The Georgia Supreme Court has denied review of two lawsuits regarding the Peachtree Corners firm of Hays, Potter & Martin, plus its lawyers and client, which were sanctioned and fined by a judge after trying to domesticate a $1 million judgment it already received in California.
