Lawyers at McGuireWoods on Tuesday removed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against Bank of America to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit was filed by the Laguda Law Group on behalf of Marcellus Rodney Horton, a former customer who asserts that Bank of America failed to return his funds after closing his bank account. The case is 1:23-cv-01085, Horton v. Bank of America.
