Gov. Brian Kemp has appointed two lawyers to fill vacancies on state and superior courts. He’s named Northeastern Judicial Circuit Chief Assistant District Attorney Kelley Martin Robertson to the State Court of Hall County and Conasauga Judicial Circuit District Attorney Bert Poston to the circuit’s superior court bench.

Both former prosecutors assumed their new roles this week following swearing-in ceremonies on Monday.
