Attorneys at Isenberg & Hewitt on Wednesday removed an insurance coverage lawsuit against Liberty Mutual to Georgia Northern District Court. The complaint, for a disputed property damage claim arising from water damage, was filed by the Baxter Law Firm on behalf of Rachel Patterson. The case is 1:23-cv-01326, Patterson v. Liberty Mutual Insurance Company.
