Personal InjuryCounsel at Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer on Friday removed a negligence lawsuit against Parrish Tire Co. and Tevin Wilkinson to Georgia Northern District Court. The complaint, for claims arising from a motor vehicle collision, was filed by Morgan & Morgan on behalf of Samuel Lewis Minyard. The case is 3:23-cv-00070, Minyard v. Parrish Tire Company et al.
