Lawyers at Shires Peake & Gottlieb on Wednesday removed a lawsuit against FedEx Custom Critical Inc. and other defendants to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, for personal injury claims arising from a motor vehicle collision, was filed by Morgan & Morgan on behalf of Clifford Carroll. The case is 1:23-cv-01905, Carroll v. FedEx Custom Critical, Inc. et al.
