Drew Eckl & Farnham removed a personal injury lawsuit against Sam's Club and Walmart to Georgia Middle District Court on Friday. The suit was filed by Adams, Jordan & Herrington on behalf of Mary Richardson. The case is 1:23-cv-00070, Richardson v. Sam's East Inc. et al.
