A threat that could prove even more dangerous to mankind than artificial intelligence rears its head every day—organic stupidity (OS). You do not have to look hard to find serious examples of OS. Just run a search on Google for the dumbest things people say, and you will find that jaw-dropping stupidity abounds.

Many people have turned a skeptical eye toward the growing field of artificial intelligence (AI). So many concerned scientists are so troubled by the latent dangers of AI that they have formed a union—the Union of Concerned Scientists—but they have not yet elected a shop steward, so nothing is getting done beyond a lot of individual and private handwringing.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
