A Georgia attorney will have to face a former personal injury client's accusations of fraud after his attempts to dismiss the case were unsuccessful, a judge ruled this week.
DeKalb County Superior Judge Stacey K. Hydrick issued an order denying the motion to dismiss charges of fraud against Champion Law Group's managing partner, Sean R. Campbell, filed by a former client, Meshana Spivey.
