AmTrust Financial Services company Wesco Insurance was hit with an insurance coverage lawsuit Thursday in Georgia Northern District Court. The court case, concerning coverage for underlying property damage claims, was brought by attorney Jeffrey D. Diamond on behalf of the Providence Group of Georgia. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:23-cv-02336, The Providence Group of Georgia, LLC v. Wesco Insurance Company.
