Noted Georgia trial attorney L. Lin Wood—no stranger to controversy—is at the center of a dispute over a lawsuit from ex-partners who say he is in breach of a 2020 fee-splitting agreement.

Lawyers representing the plaintiff ex-partners said Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee found Wood violated an injunction enjoining him from violating a non-disparagement clause after he repeatedly rallied his Telegram followers against them throughout the course of the legal proceedings.
