Apparel company Citi Trends was hit with a data breach class action on Tuesday in Georgia Southern District Court. The suit was brought by Morgan & Morgan on behalf of individuals whose personally identifiable information was allegedly compromised in a cyberattack. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 4:23-cv-00175, Thomas v. Citi Trends Inc.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
