Eversheds Sutherland's U.S. partners are going outside the South in selecting new executive committee leadership, after lawyers from Atlanta and Texas recently departed the panel.
The trans-Atlantic firm Thursday announced that Stacey Kern of the Chicago office and R. Michael Sweeney Jr. of the Washington, D.C., office, are the newest members of the committee, whose duties include approving budgets and setting policy for Eversheds' U.S. operations.
