The Lincoln National Life Insurance Co. was hit with an ERISA lawsuit Monday in Georgia Middle District Court. The court action, seeking long-term disability benefits, was brought by Westmoreland, Patterson, Moseley & Hinson on behalf of Anthony Philip D'Amato. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 5:23-cv-00221, D'Amato v. The Lincoln National Life Insurance Co.
