State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co. sued the U.S. government on Wednesday in Georgia Northern District Court for personal injury claims arising from a motor vehicle collision. The court action was filed by Boutwell & Associates. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:23-cv-02963, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co. v. United States of America.
