Attorneys at Gray, Rust, St. Amand, Moffett & Brieske on Monday removed a slip-and-fall lawsuit against Kroger to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit was filed by Titus Law on behalf of Altonio Morgan. The case is 1:23-cv-03033, Morgan v. The Kroger Co.
