Contractual Disputes
Selective Insurance Co. of America, Fairway Management Inc. and other defendants were hit with a contract lawsuit on July 6 in Georgia Superior Court for Gwinnett County. The suit, brought by Matrix Mitigation Services LLC, seeks to recover more than $350,000 that the defendant allegedly failed to pay for the plaintiff's emergency mitigation services. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 23-A-05833-3, Matrix Mitigation Services LLC v. BJS NP Transformation LP et al.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
