More than a month after respondent counsel argued for the dismissal of an ethics probe against Douglas County Probate Judge Christina Peterson, the Judicial Qualifications Commission of Georgia has denied the jurist’s dispositive motions and request for a certificate of immediate review.

Ethics proceedings for Peterson are now scheduled to resume in September.
