Election and Political LawFormer President Donald Trump sued Fulton County DA Fani Willis and Superior Court Judge Robert McBurney on Friday in Georgia Superior Court for Fulton County. The suit, brought by Findling Law Firm and Jennifer Little Law, seeks to block legal action against Trump based on the findings of a special purpose grand jury impaneled by Willis to investigate possible interference in the 2020 election.
