Unum Life Insurance Co. of America was slapped with an ERISA lawsuit Wednesday in Georgia Middle District Court. The court case, for long-term disability benefits, was filed by Westmoreland, Patterson, Moseley & Hinson on behalf of Bryan A. Isgett. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 5:23-cv-00255, Isgett v. Unum Life Insurance Company of America.
