Holland & Knight is continuing its push to expand its health care practice, adding three partners from Dentons this week, including two in Atlanta, while anticipating other attorney hires in the group soon.
Summer Martin, who led Dentons' U.S. health care M&A team, and Rebecca Merrill joined Holland & Knight's Atlanta office, while Susan Banks joined the firm's Denver office last week, said Brent Hill, leader of Holland & Knight's health care and life sciences section. All three are focused on how health care systems grow and navigate the regulatory environment.
