Judge Denies Fulton County's Motion for $38K in Attorney Fees in Election Challenge Case
"This court does not find that the plaintiffs' petition was frivolous since it presented a clear issue of fact the court had to resolve. The court also does not find any party acted in bad faith in regard to any matters raised in this issue," Senior Fulton County Superior Court Judge David Emerson wrote in his order.
