Waste Management was hit with a wrongful termination lawsuit on Aug. 29 in Georgia Superior Court for Chatham County. The complaint was brought by a pro se plaintiff who contends that he was wrongfully terminated after filing a complaint alleging unsafe work conditions. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is SPCV23-01009-KA, Derrick Nicholson v. Waste Management.
