Technology Insurance, an AmTrust Financial Services company, filed a lawsuit concerning workers' compensation premiums on Aug. 30 in Georgia Superior Court for Cobb County. The lawsuit, brought by Hays & Potter, seeks payment from FWC Concrete. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 23106769, Technology Insurance Company v. FWC Concrete Inc.
