Delta Air Lines was hit with a personal injury lawsuit on Sept. 4 in Georgia Superior Court for Gwinnett County. The court action was filed by attorney Alan Armstrong and Katzman Lampert & Stoll on behalf of Kimberly Kelpin and Michael Furrer. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 23-A-07622-2, Kelpin v. Delta Airlines Incorporated.
