Liberty Mutual Insurance and Batson-Cook Co. were slapped with a lawsuit on Sept. 4 in Georgia Superior Court for Gwinnett County. The court case, pertaining to a bond, was filed by Levy & Zeewy on behalf of World Electric Supply Inc. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 23-A-07629-4, World Electric Supply Inc. v. Batson-Cook Company et al.
