The second day of judicial misconduct proceedings for Douglas County Probate Judge Christina Peterson got off to a late start at the Cobb County Courthouse, but involved eight hours of testimony from Peterson and four additional witnesses.
As Peterson answered questions about remaining allegations, including her decision to hold a woman in contempt without a hearing nor access to counsel, law enforcement and fellow legal professionals also testified about their interactions with and perceptions of the judge.
