New case law from the Georgia Supreme Court holds that security services owe no duty to third-party beneficiaries, said attorneys for Mercedes-Benz Stadium in urging an appeals court panel not to revive a premises liability case stemming from a brawl at a college football game.

Stadium managers’ responsibility to remove rowdy patrons was at the center of the argument before the Georgia Court of Appeals panel on Thursday held off-site at Emory University School of Law.
