Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz has added three new lawyers as it continues an Atlanta growth strategy that combines the traditional method of developing new lawyers over time and the addition of seasoned laterals to immediately bolster existing practice areas.

Mark I. Duedall joined the firm recently as a shareholder in the Am Law 200 law firm’s corporate restructuring and bankruptcy group after almost 12 years as a partner with Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner in Atlanta.
