PepsiCo was sued for employment discrimination on Oct. 3 in Georgia Middle District Court. The lawsuit was brought by attorney Tyler Brand Kaspers on behalf of four plaintiffs who claim they were sexually harassed by the same individual in the same Houston County, Georgia workplace and that PepsiCo failed to address their complaints and took retaliatory action against them. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 5:23-cv-00379, Meadows v. Pepsico Inc.
