Finnegan and Hull Barrett filed a patent lawsuit on Oct. 2 in Georgia Southern District Court on behalf of Dutch food and biochemicals company Corbion. The suit seeks a court order of non-infringement against food producer WTI Inc. over the manufacturing and selling of certain dried vinegar products. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:23-cv-00144, Corbion N.V. v. WTI, Inc.
