JPMorgan Chase sued Pars Transport LP and Ginny Singh on Oct. 3 in Georgia Superior Court for Gwinnett County. The complaint, filed by Aldridge | Pite LLP, seeks more than $183,000 pursuant to a commercial credit agreement. Lawyers have not yet appeared for the defendants.
