Walmart was hit with a slip-and-fall personal injury lawsuit on Oct. 16 in Georgia Middle District Court. The court action was brought by attorney Mark A. Casto on behalf of Loretta Bentley. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:23-cv-00178, Bentley v. Wal-Mart Stores East, LP.
