Taylor English Duma LLP and Rimon P.C. filed a complaint for declaratory judgment on Oct. 18 in Georgia Northern District Court over a patent dispute on behalf of Fantasia Trading d/b/a Anker Direct. The lawsuit, which targets Ministrap LLC and its sole member Joseph Schultz, seeks judgment that patents asserted against the plaintiff are invalid and not infringed.
