Cardinal Health, an Ohio-based health care company providing pharmaceutical products, was sued on Oct. 18 in Georgia Northern District Court over alleged employment discrimination under the ADA. The court case was filed by the Kirby G. Smith Law Firm on behalf of a former employee who contends that he was denied accommodations and wrongly accused of threatening his supervisor in retaliation for requesting accommodations. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:23-cv-04763, Robinson v. Cardinal Health 200 LLC.
