Onaxis Franchising Group was sued on Oct. 21 in Georgia Northern District Court over a trademark dispute. The case, brought by Caiola & Rose on behalf of Harod Ventures and Eitan Harod, accuses the defendant of breaching non-competes concerning Harod's 'Green Home Solutions' marks following the expiration of their franchise agreements. The case is 1:23-cv-04835, Onaxis Franchising Group, LLC v. Harod.
